2020. The pandemic hit. I had a two year old, a four month old, and a husband with alcoholism & mental health issues.

I worked full-time as the sole breadwinner for my family, provided primary care to my kids, and took care of most of the household responsibilities without thinking much of it.

I didn’t even realize the amount of exhaustion I was feeling because I was so disconnected from myself. I had spent my entire life putting everyone’s needs and wants above my own.

Until I f*cking broke.

The look on my two-years old face when I raised my voice at him. The screams of my daughter whose mama didn’t know how to handle her own emotions.

I was short-tempered. I was controlling. I was inflexible. I was resentful. I was numb.

Something had to give.

One day while I was sitting on the floor after I’d just yelled at my toddler, it hit me like a ton of bricks that it was ME who had to change things. I had to be the one to take full responsibility for how I was showing up in my life. How I was showing up with my kids and myself.

That was the day I started doing the deep, transformative work that needed to be done.

Slowly but surely, I healed the inner child wounds that kept me stuck in unhealthy cycles of rage and self abandonment.

I learned how to regulate my nervous system and pour into myself so I could be who I wanted to be.

I learned how to deeply connect with myself and my kids and created a cooperative relationship with them where we work as a team.

I learned what works and what doesn’t in making life with young kids easier, more peaceful, and more joyful.

And now I want to teach you, too.

  • This program will likely have the biggest transformational impact if you have children ages 0-10, but the principles and methodologies you learn, not to mention what you learn about yourself will truly apply to all children and families.

  • The program starts Tuesday, January 9th and ends on Tuesday, April 2nd. It will be followed up by an optional weekend celebration & relaxation retreat in Scottsdale, Arizona!

  • If you can’t make the live calls, there will be recordings of each call sent out so you can view them. There will also be multiple options for “office” hours in which Dayna will be available to support you and answer questions.
